SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The CNYSPCA is hosting a” Get Your Pet On” adoption event on Saturday, Jan. 27 to provide people with the chance to stop by to see, meet, pet and visit with animals without needing an appointment or adoption application. The normal adoption process will still be followed for anyone adopting an animal.
