SYRACUSE, N.Y. – An independent film being shot right here in Syracuse is seeking locals for various roles, and no acting experience is necessary to apply. Written and directed by Syracuse local Carmen Emmi, this film will tell the story of a promising undercover officer assigned to lure and arrest gay men, who then defies professional orders when he falls in love with a target.
