Woman, man reported being held captive in home on Syracuse North Side, police said

Syracuse, N.Y. – A woman called 911 Friday morning to report she had been held captive with another man in a home on Syracuse’s North Side for two days, police said. Around 9:23 a.m., police were notified that the woman reported she had escaped a home in the 700 block of North Alvord Street after being held captive for two days, Syracuse police spokesperson Lt. Matthew Malinowski said Friday.
