Large police presence near Frazer School in Syracuse after report of shot fired

Syracuse, N.Y. – More than 10 police cars have responded near the Frazer K-8 School in Syracuse after reports of a shot fired outside the school, according to dispatches. Around 2:10 p.m. a security guard called 911 after a shot was fired outside the school, according to dispatches from the Onondaga County 911 Center.
