Suspect escapes custody in CNY, public asked to call 911 if seen, police say

Oneida, N.Y. – A man escaped police custody Saturday in the City of Oneida and police are asking people to call 911 if anyone sees him. Mark Williams fled from police custody at 5:55 a.m., Oneida police said. He was reported seen at 7:15 a.m. in the areas of Williams, North Main, Elm, North Lake and Sherman streets, police said.
