ONEIDA – Police say that no one was hurt in an incident where an Oneida man who escaped police custody was subsequently located and sent to the Madison County Jail. Mark Williams, 44, of Oneida, was taken into custody of the Oneida Police Department on the morning of Saturday, Jan. 27, for violation of a court order.
