Syracuse, N.Y. — A person fled the scene of an accident on foot Saturday night after two cars collided in Syracuse, police said. Officers are attempting to identify the driver because a loaded gun magazine was found in the car, said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a Syracuse police spokesperson. Police traced the car back to the owner, but the owner did not say who was driving it, he said.
