Syracuse, N.Y. — An auto dealership company is facing a lawsuit and fines after cleaning up an ugly industrial property without seeking the city’s approval. The Maguire Family of Dealerships tore out a thick hedgerow of trees and bushes along Harbor Brook while sprucing up a long-vacant industrial property not far from its Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership on Hiawatha Boulevard last spring. The company hopes it will be the future site of a luxury auto brand dealership.
