SYRACUSE, N.Y. – A 15-year-old was arrested by Syracuse Police Saturday after being found in possession of a ghost gun, fentanyl and cocaine. On Saturday, Jan. 27 around noon, Syracuse Police officers responded to a suspicious person report in the 200 block of Sabine Street, where they observed a teenager matching the suspect description.
