Clay, N.Y. – Two people were hospitalized in serious condition after a head-on crash in Clay on Friday morning, troopers said. At 1:13 a.m. Friday, Sarah M. Knickerbocker, 29, of Syracuse was driving a 2023 Ford west on Bear Road, west of Brewerton Road, said Trooper Jack Keller, a spokesperson for the State Police.
