$750K home in Skaneateles; plus 110 other Onondaga County home sales

The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 111 home sales during the week of Jan. 21 to 27. The most expensive home on the list is an historic home in the village of Skaneateles that sold for $750,000. The home was originally built in 1820 and was home to Col. James Marshall following World War II. (He was US Army Corps of Engineers officer who supervised the Manhattan Project.) The home, which was updated in 2020, has three bedrooms and two and a half baths and is situated on a fenced-in 3,049-square-foot lot. See photos of the home.
