SENNETT, N.Y. – A man has been arrested in the Town of Sennett for strangling a woman who was walking her dog. Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Feb. 2 at approximately 8:50 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Rockingham Road for a report that a woman was attacked while walking her dog and that the suspect fled on foot into the Highland Golf Course.
