Syracuse, N.Y. – Thirty-six people have put up money or property for bail bonds to stay out of jail in Onondaga County only to find out the bonds were fraudulent. Now, some of those people are being ordered back to jail and they or their families appear to be out the tens of thousands of dollars they put up for the bonds.
