SYRACUSE, N.Y. – A Syracuse teenager was arrested Sunday for a prior shots-fired incident and for possessing a loaded handgun. According to the Syracuse Police Department, on Sunday, Syracuse Police officers were alerted to a 15-year-old wanted for a previous shots fired incident who was spotted in the Stone Court area.
