Syracuse, N.Y. – A man suspected of taking photos up women’s skirts in Syracuse Tuesday dragged a police officer as he tried to flee in a vehicle, authorities said. Thomas B. Crudo, 30, ignored police as they directed him to leave his Jeep Compass in the 200 block of Marshall Street, police said in a criminal complaint filed in city court.
