Syracuse, N.Y. – All east lanes of Interstate 690 before the Hiawatha Boulevard exit are closed Wednesday night after a car reportedly crashed into a semi-truck. The car crashed around 10:22 p.m. into a semi-truck that was parked on the side of the highway, according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatches.
