CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Making room for Micron means Onondaga County’s northern suburbs will need more homes, shops, and businesses to support the chip plant needs. It appears Onondaga County’s Industrial Development Agency is ready to make it more attractive for developers to build by proposing better tax breaks for them.
