Syracuse, N.Y. – An inmate at the Onondaga County Justice Center died Thursday after experiencing a “medical episode,” sheriff’s deputies said. Timothy D. Green, 48, was given medical attention around 2:02 p.m. at the jail before being taken to Upstate University Hospital, Sgt. Mark Schiano, a sheriff’s office spokesperson, said in a news release.
