CICERO, N.Y. – A St. Lawrence County man was arrested Saturday when he crashed his car through the front doors of a Lowes. David L. Brown, 53, was driving his Chevrolet sedan at approximately 1:30 a.m. Saturday when he crashed it into the main entrance of the Lowes on East Circle Drive in Cicero, shattering the glass doors, according to Cicero police Chief Steve Rotunno.
