Syracuse, N.Y. – A portion of Interstate 690 eastbound will be reduced to one lane this week for repairs to the Midler Avenue bridge, according to the DOT. The closure will be between Exit 14 (Teal Avenue) and Exit 15 (Midler Avenue), traffic officials said. The closure will be from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, officials said.
