SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is putting NewsChannel 9 viewers “On The Lookout” for 34-year-old Joseph Haughton of Syracuse. Haughton is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office for aggravated harassment charges and more. Haughton is homeless, but his last known location may be near the northside of Syracuse by the Wolf St. area.
