FULTON, N.Y. – The Fulton Police Department was able to locate a missing vulnerable person using a drone. On Monday at approximately 6:25 p.m., a vulnerable person was reported missing by his family. The desk officer in charge quickly mobilized a City of Fulton drone operator to assist in the search and rescue effort.
