Syracuse, N.Y. – Police are investigating after a man was found dead on the West Side of Syracuse on Tuesday, police said. At 9:50 a.m. someone called 911 to report a person down in a driveway at 244 Richmond Ave., said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a spokesperson for the Syracuse police.
