Two people from New York have been charged with robbing and killing a man in Atlantic City last month, authorities said Wednesday. Howard Griswold, 24, of Baldwinsville, and Melissa Tikarem, 28, of Manlius, were arrested in the Syracuse area in the past two weeks, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday. The Syracuse Police Department and the Syracuse FBI Field Office assisted in the arrest.
