Syracuse, N.Y. – A man stole a box truck from a Byrne Dairy and led police on a chase that ended in Syracuse after his van was stolen, sheriff’s deputies said. Patrick R. Manzi, 48, of Syracuse, took the truck around 11 p.m. Monday from a Byrne Dairy at 590 Bridge St. in Geddes, Tom Newton, an Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, said in a news release Wednesday.
