Man arrested after making mass shooting comments at work in Lysander, troopers say

Lysander, N.Y. – A man was arrested this week after making comments about shooting coworkers at a Lysander company, according to the New York State Police. Benjamin B. Halstead, 26, was working on Monday at PaperWorks at 2900 McLane Drive in Radisson Corporate Park when he made comments about making a list of coworkers he would and wouldn’t kill, according to an Extreme Risk Protection Order request filed in Oswego County court Monday.
