SYRACUSE, N.Y. – On Monday, April 15, around 12:04 a.m., Syracuse Police Officers responded to Erie Boulevard East and Catherine Street for a report of a Motor Vehicle Collision with Injuries involving a vehicle and a bicycle. On Tuesday, May 7 there was a confirmed arrest in the case.
