Clay, N.Y. – A North Syracuse police car and a minivan crashed at an intersection in Clay Thursday as officers were responding to a 911 call, sheriff’s deputies said. The 2018 Dodge Caravan and police cruiser crashed around 5:40 p.m. at Henry Clay Boulevard and Buckley Road, Tom Newton, a sheriff’s office spokesperson, said in a news release.
