Syracuse, N.Y. – A Syracuse police officer was disciplined for his actions dealing with boys who officers stopped after taking chips from a store a couple of years ago. The officers were caught on video putting one of the boys into the back of a police car while he was sobbing. An officer also was shown dumping the chips stolen from a store.
