SALINA, N.Y. – A 31-year-old Salina man allegedly threatened 911 dispatchers and law enforcement officers over the course of 22 calls to 911. An extreme risk protection order has been filed against Corey Kinsella, claiming that the 31-year-old made “a threat or act of violence or use of physical force directed toward self, the petitioner, or another person.”
