SYRACUSE, N.Y. – A 24-year-old Syracuse man pled guilty to multiple federal firearms crimes Wednesday. According to the United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of New York, Mergim Ademi, 24, of Syracuse, admitted that between approximately January 2023 and March 2024, he obtained firearms and firearm parts, advertised them for sale through Facebook and other means, then sold them to customers in exchange for cash, knowing that he did not hold a license as a firearms dealer.
