A record 1,300+ people volunteered for United Way of CNY’s Day of Caring at 100+ nonprofits and community organizations throughout the community on Thursday. Throughout the day, volunteers took on activities covering a wide range of needs — from landscaping, painting and cleaning to food service, farming and animal care.
