SYRACUSE (WSYR-TV) – On Saturday, August 3, the Solvay Fire Department was called to a home on First Street in the village of Solvay for a report bedroom fire. In a Facebook post from the Solvay Fire Department, they said that when Solvay and Geddes police arrived at the house they saw large amounts of smoke coming from the second floor.
