OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau invites residents to enter a drawing for a free day of fun at Thunder Island Water Park. Open to kids aged 5 and up, Thunder Island Youth Day runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13. Thirty children’s names will be drawn at random to participate.
