Syracuse, N.Y. — The city of Syracuse has given its approval to a proposed nine-story apartment building near the Syracuse University campus. The Syracuse Planning Commission voted 4-0 on July 29 to approve the project’s site plan and a resubdivision of the two parcels of land on which it would be built, at 411 and 413 University Ave.
