SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse Fire Department responded to a vacant house fire on Fitch Street in Syracuse on Wednesday, August 14. It happened around 6 a.m. A second alarm was declared a minute later to get more resources to the scene. There was no one inside once crews arrived.
