CLAY, N.Y. – Just after one in the morning on Tuesday on a quiet suburban street in the Town of Clay, a group of car thieves moved from driveway to driveway. Doorbell security cameras captured them, wearing masks and gloves, trying their luck; testing each car door they came across until they found those left unlocked.
