A truck driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the rest stop in the town of Preble, according to a report. The New York State Police noted that on Wednesday (Aug. 21), members of the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit (CVEU) were at the Preble rest stop on Interstate-81 northbound for a required vehicle check and inspection of all commercial vehicles.
