Balloons lifted into the air Sunday afternoon in Baldwinsville as family members and loved ones honored 17-year-old Ka’Niya Cureton. Cureton died this month after she was struck by a car on East Genesee Street. In just a few weeks time, she was meant to be starting her senior year at C.W. Baker High School.
