Syracuse, N.Y. — A 34-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he was found with an assault rifle in his vehicle near the New York State Fair. Around 7 p.m., State troopers patrolling the area saw Curtis D. Young, of Charlotte, North Carolina, acting in a suspicious manner, according to Trooper Jennifer Jiron, speaking for the New York State Police.
