Syracuse, N.Y. — A 26-year-old man was arrested in Syracuse Tuesday after fentanyl, cocaine and a gun were found on him and in his car, according court documents. Jahlil T. Williams was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
