SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – On Thursday, August 29 at 5:25 a.m., Syracuse Firefighters were dispatched to a reported fire at 1309 Lodi Street, on the City’s North Side. When firefighters arrived at the multi-family home moments later they found what looked to be a pile of debris burning in the front of the two-story home.
