Syracuse, N.Y. — A 15-year-old boy accused of shooting and killing a 15-year-old girl last week has been identified through Onondaga County court records. The boy’s name is JyQuest Williams, according to the records. Williams is accused of fatally shooting, Alexcia “Lexi” Lynch on Friday at 901 Madison St. near Syracuse University. He turned himself in to Syracuse police Saturday, police said.
