The free concert series held in downtown’s Hanover Square each Thursday during August has a new home for September. Westcott Thursdays will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. each Thursday this month at 500 Westcott St. (that’s the parking lot next to Rise N Shine Diner). This is the first year that the three-year-old Hanover Thursdays series is expanding to a second location.
