Clay, N.Y. – A Liverpool man charged with fatally stabbing a neighbor on Thursday had been jailed and released after a domestic violence incident the previous day. Richard Losee, 44, is accused of stabbing Scott Lamica, 50, near their homes in Madison Village mobile home park, according to Onondaga County sheriff’s deputies. Lamica drove away to a nearby gas station, where he called 911 for help. He later died of his injuries.
