SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – The on-ramp at Genant Drive to I-81 southbound in Syracuse will be closed starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 9, through the summer of 2025. Also, Bear Street West going eastbound will be closed between Solar Street and Genant Drive, said the New York State Department of Transportation.
