Syracuse, N.Y. − Several streets and a major parking lot near Syracuse City Hall are closed through Monday morning to make way for the annual Festa Italiana downtown. Street closings started Thursday morning for the set-up of the event’s food tents and music stages. The fest runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
