The first-ever dispensary license for Cortland County has officially been given out after the New York State Office of Cannabis Management met on Tuesday, September 10th. Classy Canna, LLC, a women-owned business plans to open a dispensary on Main Street in the Village of Homer with an anticipated opening date of New Year’s Day 2025.
