SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Park Street Bridge in Syracuse was struck by a tractor trailer for the fourth time in the past week on Monday, September 16. Syracuse Police said a tractor trailer struck the overhead railroad bridge around 7:40 a.m. on Monday, and prompted a response from patrol vehicles to the scene.
