Syracuse, N.Y. – A 20-year-old man was injured in a shooting early Sunday on the Near West Side of Syracuse, police said. Around 12:55 a.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation after multiple rounds were fired in the 400 block of Fitch Street, according to a news release Sunday from Syracuse police.
